MBI Senior Research Fellow Rishita Changede wins award at TOPIM 2019

MBI Senior Research Fellow Rishita Changede wins the Best Presentation award at the TOPIM Winter Conference 2019, for her presentation on the role of integrin nanoclusters as the basis for the formation of cell-matrix adhesions that aid in sensing the mechanical properties, such as rigidity, of the underlying tissue.

TOPIM (Hot Topics in Molecular Imaging ) is an annual conference organized by the European Society for Molecular Imaging that aims to bring together experts in interdisciplinary fields to discuss the latest developments in biomolecular imaging tools and technologies and their applications in addressing biological questions. TOPIM 2019 ran under the theme ‘Imaging the Biomechanics of Life.’
