MBI Machine Learning Workgroup for Image Analysis

To facilitate the discussions on that day, may we propose each PI’s group members to compile a list for their respective groups on:

  1. the current AI networks used in the group, and for what problems they are currently being used for (e.g. segmentation/image restoration/2D vs. 3D)?
  2. the type of problems that you would like to solve in the (near) future.

If each group can prepare a few slides of PPT (experimental images that you have worked/want to on), that would be best for discussion.

For more information, contact coordinators Saw Thuan Beng or Yong Xianbin.

Please note this event is limited to MBI researchers only, thank you.
