Following the ASBTE conference in April, our lab members Raageshwari and Hatice did a lab exchange from 7-19 April in Prof. Khoon Lim’s lab in the University of Sydney as part of a collaborative project between our labs, funded by the USyd-NUS Ignition Grant.

During their time there, our lab members learnt how to fabricate a biomaterial that stiffens over time, offering a valuable in vitro system to understand the dynamics of cardiac tissue mechanics during ageing.
